Chapter membership with the International Council of Fire Fighters (ICOFF) is open to any fire service organization interested in promoting professional development, collaboration, and community impact. Eligible groups may include municipal or county fire departments, firefighters' associations, or similar organizations.

Collaboration across departments and jurisdictions is vital to the mission of ICOFF. We rely on the shared knowledge, dedication, and cooperation of firefighters and fire service personnel across regions to strengthen our collective impact and foster meaningful change in the profession.

If you are interested in forming a new ICOFF Chapter, please click the Chapter Application link below to download the application form. Complete the form and return it to the ICOFF Administrative Office for review and approval.

Once your chapter is approved, any request to use the ICOFF logo or branding must be submitted to the ICOFF Executive Committee. Requests will be reviewed to ensure they align with our guidelines and standards for official representation.
